MediRevv Announces Leadership Changes

Coralville, IA – January 30, 2018 – MediRevv, a national healthcare revenue cycle management and coding company is proud to announce the following promotions and new roles within the leadership team:

Mike Goedken was promoted to vice president of finance.

Terry Reinsager’s new role is vice president of strategic integration.

Rachel Trevizo was promoted to vice president, revenue cycle services.

Jeff Harpster joins the company as vice president of revenue cycle services, Heritage division.

Melissa Huston’s new role is director of enterprise support.

Dana Gratton was promoted to director of marketing.

Mike served as MediRevv’s controller for two years prior to accepting his current role. He oversees the finance group, provides financial and strategic insights to the executive team and works to provide internal clients with the financial analysis and support needed to run the business.

Terry is responsible for scoping and driving process improvement, organizational change and functional strategy projects across and within our business. He works confidently with all MediRevv clients as a trusted leader to create the most effective approach to meet their fiscal and patient-centered needs. Prior to joining MediRevv at its inception, Terry gained 17 years of experience in several areas of revenue cycle management at the University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics (UIHC).

As a graduate student Rachel worked for MediRevv from 2008-2010, re-joining the team in 2014 after working in a large integrated healthcare system for several years. She has served in the roles of operations manager and director of extended business office (EBO) operations with responsibility for all tactical operations to produce exceptional results for MediRevv partners and promote the development of and growth of the MediRevv team. As vice president of revenue cycle services, Rachel will now also be responsible for MediRevv’s client services program across the EBO and coding divisions.

Jeff joins MediRevv as vice president, revenue cycle services for our Heritage division. His adeptness at driving excellent revenue cycle results has grown from his 26 years of experience in healthcare. Previously, he served as executive director, business services for St. Joseph Heritage Healthcare where his insight and leadership brought not only bottom line results but the opportunity to forge the partnership we now call MediRevv Heritage. Jeff is responsible for the day-to-day revenue cycle operations and coding services of Heritage.

Melissa has been the director of client services since January 2015, serving our clients through client management leadership as well as implementation leadership during that time. She has brought a unique blend of operational and technical skills to this role and helped MediRevv mature our client management model. In her new role, Melissa will continue to be responsible for implementation outcomes but in addition will lead the creation of a new project management office (PMO) within MediRevv.

Prior to her role as director of marketing, Dana was in the marketing manager role for over four years. She will continue to champion the MediRevv brand and will work diligently to drive leads for the sales team. Dana is an informed decision maker who plays an important part in developing ongoing strategy and growth for the organization. She is always thinking about the challenges and pain points that our clients and prospects face and works to provide solutions for success.
