Driven by the belief health is a human right, the breadth of opportunity this partnership with
Tegria offers MediRevv and its employees is unparalleled.
Coralville, IA – Aug. 12 – At MediRevv, growth and change are at the core of our entrepreneurial spirit, driven by the right balance we keep between partners, people, and performance. This has been true since the beginning.
In 2007, motivated to “do revenue cycle better,” Iowa native Chris Klitgaard founded Precision
Revenue Strategies (PRS) from his basement. PRS rebranded to MediRevv four years later, but
our mission to provide revenue cycle management tools, services, and analytics to help
healthcare providers retain patients and optimize financial outcomes stayed the same. Over the
past 14 years, we’ve developed an award-winning and values-driven culture, shaped by our
highly engaged employees.
Now, we’re moving into the next chapter of our journey. Introducing ... MediRevv,
a Tegria company.
After a four-year investment partnership, MediRevv has been fully acquired by a new healthcare
services and solutions company called Tegria. We are one of 11 companies comprising the
portfolio of solutions that will accelerate the technological, clinical, and operational advances
needed to truly enable people to live their healthiest lives. Driven by the belief health is a human
right, we are excited for the opportunity this gives us to help transform healthcare—one person,
patient, provider, payer (and beyond) at a time.
This next chapter is an opportunity to lean into one of our core values—growth. Over the past
14 years, MediRevv has grown from six employees in Iowa to over 1,300 employees across 44
states. As part of Tegria, we help make up a 3,000-person organization, extending our reach
even further. Our ability to revolutionize healthcare grows substantially when we plug in to the
community of companies constituting Tegria.
Along with these changes comes a transition in leadership. MediRevv’s President, Brad
Baldwin, stepped down June 30, 2021, to pursue other interests, as did Chris Klitgaard, founder
and CEO—the natural progression of entrepreneurship. Both have done an extraordinary job
leading MediRevv, and they support our new direction as it maintains the trajectory we’ve
followed since the beginning. They pass the torch to MediRevv’s established Senior Leaders
with oversight from Lincoln Popp, Managing Director of Tegria Revenue Cycle Management.
