Jenn Bleil earns a spot on the Corridor Business Journal’s list of outstanding local leaders.
Coralville, IA – Jan. 20 – MediRevv, a Tegria company, and a leading revenue cycle management organization, announced Jenn Bleil, Senior Vice President of Human Resources, was named to the 2022 Corridor Leaders 250 publication. The publication is a year-long research effort by the newsroom of the Corridor Business Journal (CBJ), taking an in-depth look at the region’s most prominent business leaders across major industries. The Corridor Business Journal selects leaders based on extensive contacts in regional business circles, interviews, and months of research, resulting in a highly selective guide of the people leading businesses in the Corridor.

Since Jenn’s arrival at MediRevv in 2019, she has led with a goal of aligning the organization’s business objectives with its values-centric people strategy. She has always approached her career with a people-first mindset, focusing on developing the potential of others—supporting their growth and, in turn, their support of the organization. With an emphasis on the people experience, Jenn and her team focus on the integration of values in action at each stage of the employee experience, recognizing how critical it is for setting the tone, aligning expectations, and developing an exceptional culture. And recently, their work was awarded the “Most Effective Training for Existing Employee Needs” for a large company at the CBJ Workforce Awards. Under her guidance, too, MediRevv has increased its employee engagement score to over 85%—which is well-above the average (47%) of hospital revenue cycle workers.
Jenn will continue to serve as a senior leader for Tegria—a new healthcare services and solutions company MediRevv was acquired by after a four-year investment. She’ll bring her more than 15 years of experience in human resources to Tegria, with a goal of creating an organization with strong values and a people-first mindset.
Before joining MediRevv, Jenn served as the Learning and Development Manager for Van Meter, Inc., where her team earned the CBJ’s “Best Training for Existing Employees” honor and was also named as a Top 125 four years in a row by Training Magazine. Prior to her tenure at Van Meter, Jenn served as Director of Services at the Arc of East Central Iowa, a non-profit providing services to individuals with intellectual disabilities in Cedar Rapids and its eight surrounding counties, and as Training Manager at Treatment Alternatives for Safe Communities, a Chicago-based agency providing behavioral health recovery management services across Illinois. In addition to the demands of her career and being a dedicated mom, Jenn is active in the community, serving numerous community committees and groups, including Chair of the Women Lead Change Board of Directors, teaching religious education, volunteering at several non-profits, and is a sustainer in the Junior League of Cedar Rapids.
