MediRevv creating 50 new jobs in the Corridor
Coralville, IA – July 23, 2019 - MediRevv, a national healthcare revenue cycle management company, plans to hire 50 new employees locally within the next six to eight weeks at its Coralville location. The growth is largely attributed to expanding service lines and an increase in market demand.
MediRevv is looking for qualified candidates to fill two different roles - Patient Experience Representatives and Revenue Cycle Representatives. Those interested in applying should do so online via the careers website.
“We are looking for individuals who are 100% aligned with our values and our culture first and foremost,” states DaLayne Williamson, talent sourcing specialist at MediRevv, “but we also spend considerable effort evaluating role fit. For example, calm, friendly, and persistent individuals make amazing patient experience representatives, whereas precise, patient, analytical individuals are highly successful as revenue cycle representatives.” Williamson confirmed that while customer service experience is valued it is not required, as the company’s extensive training program ensures new employees are prepared for success in their roles.
- Thursday, July 25, from 11am-1pm A virtual job fair will be held via the company’s Facebook events page. Individuals can join anytime, post questions, and engage with a live feed that will include commentary from current employees, trainers, senior leaders, and more.
- Wednesday, July 31 from 11am-2pm Candidates can meet representatives from MediRevv at the Cedar Rapids IowaWORKS office at Lindale Mall. Interested individuals are encouraged to apply online prior to the event and come prepared to interview.
- Thursday, August 1 from 1pm-3pm MediRevv’s talent sourcing specialist DaLayne Williamson will participate with other local employers in a panel discussion for the ReConnect group at the Coralville Public Library, also coordinated by IowaWORKS. She will be available before and after the event to answer questions.
“These two front-line roles are vital to the service we provide to our clients,” says MediRevv CEO Chris Klitgaard. “Our MediRevvers truly ‘put on the hat’ of our hospital and health system clients every day. They are speaking directly with their patients to answer billing questions and resolve account balances, or they are following up with insurance companies to resolve claim denials, for example. It’s so important to us to offer an inclusive workplace where individuals can be themselves, work hard, and thrive.”
MediRevv, which has locations in Nebraska and California, is growing enterprise-wide, living up to its #6 spot on the Corridor Business Journal’s Fastest Growing Companies list this year. In August, the company will also welcome 90 new west coast employees.
