EXPERIENCE For nine years prior to forming MediRevv, Chris led patient access, patient accounting and health information management functions for both the hospital and physician group of a major academic medical center, the University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics (UIHC). During this time, his knowledge of and passion for revenue cycle management in healthcare grew alongside his determination to approach it differently to drive better results. In 2007, Chris set out to create an A/R management and coding firm that delivers the highest level of customer service to clients and their patients, while maximizing and accelerating cash collections. He’s never looked back.
NOW At MediRevv, Chris oversees the strategic, financial, technical, sales, marketing and operational elements of the organization. He credits his leadership team and all his MediRevvers for their daily creativity, drive, and commitment to breaking down obstacles on the way to bottom-line success.
REAL DEAL Chris sees the glass way more than half-full. He drills deep for details and will admit to being a numbers nerd. He stays fit by running, biking and swimming, and has a passion for international travel. Chris's playlist is forever changing, and his four children light up his life.

EXPERIENCE With a broad service industry career spanning 20 years, Brad focuses on the principles of organizational strategy, leadership development, and financial stewardship. Brad has spent his career cultivating a leadership and management model as the foundation of a scalable operational organization to serve client needs. Brad is a tireless advocate of the importance of building the foundation of MediRevv with talented people who want to be part of a winning team.
NOW Brad has profit and loss responsibility for full and extended business office services and coding services. He has assembled a strong team that consistently over-performs in areas of project pricing, operational execution, client management, performance analytics, and technology. Alongside the executive team, Brad drives everyday client success and continuously hones the flexible, scalable strategic operations model that ensures that MediRevvers can and will “wow” our clients.
REAL DEAL Brad’s passion for learning and community is evident in his avid support for Junior Achievement of Eastern Iowa. He balances his professional and community commitments with outdoor fun — cycling and hiking — and by sharing the excitement of exploration with his two young children.
With quick wit and straight answers, Amy brings large-scale healthcare expertise to MediRevv’s growing business.
EXPERIENCE Prior to joining MediRevv, Amy served as Senior Vice President, Consulting & Management for the Advisory Board Company, a leading provider of insight-driven technology, research, and services to organizations in transforming industries. There, Amy was responsible for revenue management and IT consulting and interim management engagements. Previously, she was a Business Development Executive for healthcare management consulting company Beacon Partners. She also held sales positions at GE Healthcare IT and IDX Systems Corporation, and prior to that, she held positions at US Servis, Inc. (now McKesson) and Oxford Health Plans (now United Healthcare).
NOW Amy is the dedicated executive, responsible for sales, marketing, and strategic partnerships at MediRevv. Her team is responsible for making sure everyone knows who MediRevv is and what we do as well as generating new business opportunities and fostering strong, long-lasting relationships with our partners.
REAL DEAL Amy and her husband have four children, all very close in age. Her hobbies and interests are centered on her kids’ sporting activities: hockey in the winter, complete with a backyard ice rink, and lacrosse in the summer, with a killer traveling tailgate. Amy also has a passion for cooking and entertaining.
Mike’s “all in” approach ensures financial success for both MediRevv and our clients.
EXPERIENCE Mike served as MediRevv’s Controller for two years prior to accepting his current role. His decision to join a high performing entrepreneurial business was the “perfect move” following nearly 10 years in public accounting with Grant Thornton, LLP in Minneapolis. There he spent six years helping clients with their tax needs, including federal and state income, sales/use tax, audits, and appeals and another three-plus years performing financial due diligence for mergers and acquisitions, honing his financial accounting and analysis skills.
NOW At MediRevv, Mike oversees the finance group, provides financial and strategic insights to the executive team, and works to provide internal clients with the financial analysis and support needed to run the business effectively.
REAL DEAL Mike enjoys helping people and having fun. His positive outlook shines through every day, as does his passion for personal budgets and spreadsheets. When he’s not using his preferred personal budgeting app (and maybe while he is using it), he’s enjoying his family, being outside, having a refreshing craft brew, or all of them at the same time.
Terry brings an “anything is possible” mentality to technology and to RCM as a whole. His results-driven leadership style includes both laser focus and quick wit.
EXPERIENCE Prior to joining MediRevv at its inception, Terry gained 17 years of experience in several areas of revenue cycle management at the University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics (UIHC), not the least of which was responsible for the daily operations of the hospital and professional A/R management. He worked directly with clinical departments and information systems, redesigning workflow processes to successfully maximize cash collections while enhancing patient satisfaction.
NOW Terry is responsible for scoping and driving process improvement, organizational change, and functional strategy projects across and within our business. He works confidently with all MediRevv clients as a trusted leader to create the most effective approach to meet their fiscal and patient-centered needs.
REAL DEAL Terry has an innate ability to explain difficult concepts in the simplest language. He loves a good book and/or a good movie and enjoys time with his family and friends. Recently, he’s been enjoying a new, firm grip on life thanks to a personal trainer and many, many hours of cardio.
Holly has “seen it all” in revenue cycle. A trusted, reliable voice in the industry and with clients, she has a knack for seeing the end from the beginning.
EXPERIENCE Holly brings 20+ years of healthcare experience to her current role. Joining MediRevv as Director of Sales in 2012, Holly quickly proved her mettle, repeatedly exceeding her sales quotas and revenue goals in the midst of aggressive growth goals. Prior, Holly was Vice President of Sales for software developer CureIS Healthcare, Regional Sales Manager for healthcare technology consultancy Ingenix Consulting and a sales executive with IDX/GE.
NOW Holly’s many years of healthcare revenue cycle expertise, both operationally and as a vendor provider of services and software, prepared her perfectly for her current role. She brings a fresh perspective to MediRevv's executive team and is responsible for leading strategic account initiatives and enhancing overall client engagement.
REAL DEAL Holly is a devoted mom and an avid sports fan. She volunteers and sits on the Board of Directors for Jake E’s Riding Round Up, an equine therapy facility near her home outside Dallas.
Our growth trajectory is forever a climbable mountain from Kent’s perspective. A true optimist, he epitomizes our “work hard and do what’s right” mantra.
EXPERIENCE Kent brings 20-plus years of healthcare sales management experience in varying roles as both an enterprise sales executive and executive sales leader in the information technology market. He spent most of his career at IDX Systems Corporation, where he was Vice President of Sales for the Group Management business. Subsequently, Kent joined GE Healthcare as a regional general manager leading the east region’s sales organization focused on Electronic Medical Record and Revenue Cycle solutions. In his most recent role, he was a business development executive at Beacon Partners, a national healthcare consulting firm.
NOW Kent leads MediRevv’s new business sales initiatives and marketing and account management programs. He has built, from the ground up, a cohesive team of healthcare sales and marketing professionals who understand the critical aspects of any engagement: exceeding the expectations of and creating value for our clients; building enduring, mutually beneficial partnerships; and maintaining transparency and a high level of trust in our execution.
REAL DEAL Kent can make anyone laugh (mostly himself). One of his passions is live music, particularly that of the music legends of his home state of Georgia. He takes every opportunity to be outdoors, enjoying fly fishing, rafting, hiking and boating with his wife and two teenagers. Kent loves to coach his kids’ many activities, and he gave up the concept of sleep several years ago.
EXPERIENCE Rachel dove head first into a career in healthcare and hasn’t looked back. She worked full time at the University of Iowa Hospitals & Clinics while earning her bachelor’s degree in Finance, earned her MHA and MBA from the University of Iowa, and gained experience within four diverse healthcare settings. Most recently, Rachel served as the Administrative Director for Transplant Clinic and Outpatient Services at the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center (UPMC). In this capacity, she was responsible for the abdominal outpatient operations of an internationally recognized transplant center including two hospital-based clinics and numerous satellite offices.
NOW Rachel is responsible for all tactical operations to uphold contracts and produce exceptional results for MediRevv clients. She oversees the managerial and supervisory staff to ensure execution of work strategy and development of team members and oversees the quality assurance department. Her unwavering focus is on ensuring the right actions to maximize impact and cash for MediRevv clients. Rachel supports the next generation of healthcare leaders by serving on the Iowa MHA Quality Initiatives Committee and as a mentor for current UI MHA students.
REAL DEAL Rachel feels privileged to be putting down roots in the heartland with her husband and their infant son. In her spare time, she manages the business operations of her husband's lawn care company, listens to podcasts, frequents Iowa City’s downtown library and farmers’ market, practices yoga, and consumes an excessive amount of java from local coffee shops.

EXPERIENCE Jason’s ability to drive innovation through cutting-edge technologies is a result of his 20 plus years of Information Technology (IT) leadership in health care. He is adept at creating robust IT infrastructures with a proven ability in developing and implementing top-notch solutions. Prior to joining MediRevv he worked for the University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics.
NOW At MediRevv, Jason is responsible for ensuring alignment of the company’s IT strategy with our organized growth strategy. This includes continuing to identify and integrate scalable IT solutions to address client and organization needs. He firmly believes by empowering employees in their roles the direct result is an engaged, results-driven workplace.
REAL DEAL For a high-tech guy Jason enjoys low-tech hobbies. During the summer you’ll find him in the garden and in the winter tucked away in his woodworking shop. A married father of two boys, he enjoys cooking and is always looking for new recipes to try.
