Jenn Bleil

Senior Vice President of Human Resources

Jenn Bleil

Senior Vice President of Human Resources

Jenn’s “people first” attitude is exactly why the culture at Medirevv is award winning. She embraces our work hard, play hard mentality and challenges us all to find our own perfect balance.

EXPERIENCE
A 15-year veteran in human resources, Jenn served as the Learning and Development Manager for Van Meter, Inc.—guiding their onboarding process, talent management, employee development, leadership development, employee resource groups, engagement and continuous improvement strategies. At Van Meter, her team earned the Corridor Business Journal “Best Training for Existing Employees” honor and the prestigious “Training in Excellence” award from the National Association of Electrical Distributor, along with being recognized as a Top 125 team in Training Magazine four years in a row. Prior to her tenure at Van Meter, Jenn served as Director of Services at the Arc of East Central Iowa, a non-profit providing services to individuals with intellectual disabilities in Cedar Rapids and its eight surrounding counties, and as a Training Manager at Treatment Alternatives for Safe Communities, a Chicago-based agency providing behavioral health recovery management services across Illinois.

NOW
As she focuses on helping MediRevvers be their best, Jenn leads a dynamic team with the complex goal of optimizing the alignment of MediRevv’s business objectives with our people strategy. She serves as our go-to for recruitment and staffing, performance management, employee relations, employee training, leader coaching and development, engagement, compensation, and benefits. With her extensive background in employee learning and development, Jenn prioritizes the new employee onboarding experience—believing it’s critical in setting the tone, aligning expectations, and developing a culture that’s second to none.

REAL DEAL
Active in everything—describes Jenn to a tee. She’s a mom to two, enjoys all things outdoors, spends large amounts of time at the lake, and loves using her creative talents for arts and crafts, home remodeling, and cooking. When she isn’t playing taxi, Jenn is probably volunteering. She currently serves as Chair of the Women Lead Change Board of Directors and on the Corridor Women Connect Executive Board, along with being a sustainer in the Junior League of Cedar Rapids.

Michael Goedken

Vice President of Finance

Michael Goedken

Vice President of Finance

Mike’s “all in” approach ensures financial success for both MediRevv and our clients.

EXPERIENCE
Mike served as MediRevv’s Controller for two years prior to accepting his current role. His decision to join a high performing entrepreneurial business was the “perfect move” following nearly 10 years in public accounting with Grant Thornton, LLP in Minneapolis. There he spent six years helping clients with their tax needs, including federal and state income, sales/use tax, audits, and appeals and another three-plus years performing financial due diligence for mergers and acquisitions, honing his financial accounting and analysis skills.

NOW
At MediRevv, Mike oversees the finance group, provides financial and strategic insights to the executive team, and works to provide internal clients with the financial analysis and support needed to run the business effectively.

REAL DEAL
Mike enjoys helping people and having fun. His positive outlook shines through every day, as does his passion for personal budgets and spreadsheets. When he’s not using his preferred personal budgeting app (and maybe while he is using it), he’s enjoying his family, being outside, having a refreshing craft brew, or all of them at the same time.
