You likely have questions about our company and our hiring process. Here are answer to the questions we get the most.
What has been your response to the pandemic?
Similar to other companies with large numbers of office employees, MediRevv quickly transitioned our staff to “Work From Home” in March 2020. Months later we still have over 90% of our staff, including over 200 new employees hired and trained in 2020, logging in every day from their homes in 46 states and counting. We evaluate the national and local conditions on a regular basis to determine how and when to return to campus safely. Our candidate pool is now the entire country and many will remain remote.
What are you looking for in a candidate?

It is true that certifications or previous experience in the healthcare or insurance industry will be necessary for select positions but we also look for people who understand that the work we are doing is making a difference by recovering revenue for healthcare facilities across the country.

Demonstrated commitment to a growth mindset and the ability to work with diverse coworkers in a fast paced and ever changing environment are also important. We are one of the fastest growing companies in our industry and need hard working new comers, seasoned professionals and most everyone in between.

How do you measure employee performance?
Every employee has goals and productivity standards depending on their role. There is an expectation that MediRevvers meet with their people leader on a regular basis to discuss their progress including a mid year and annual review. In addition to individual and team goals everyone is expected to demonstrate and live our mission, vision, values and mindset.
What will happen after I apply?
Immediately after you apply you will receive a message indicating that your application has been received. Our Talent Acquisition team and Hiring Managers review applications as they are received to determine skill and culture fit. We will reach out to schedule a conversation, send assessments or occasionally send questionnaires if we need more information. Most candidates will have an opportunity to speak to multiple MediRevvers during the process. We strive to make the candidate experience as transparent and painless as possible.
