MediRevv Tenet #3: Accountability and trust
We’re in the middle of a growth spurt. Yes, that means a second facility and 80 new employees on the horizon, and yes, it’s an outcome of expanding the services we provide over the past several months (MediRevv Consulting and ICD-10 Solutions). Yet the true reason for our growth is that more and more healthcare organizations across the US are choosing MediRevv as their RCM partner.
That breeds the question, why MediRevv?
We hold tightly to three tenets that resonate with our clients: Patient care doesn’t end at the exit door (tenet #1). A/R collections should be patient-centered, with transparency as its foundation (tenet #2). And here’s the third: Trust is earned. We hold ourselves accountable for every action we take on behalf of our client.
In our role as RCM partner, we believe that every action we take should reflect our clients’ values and bring results. For each client, we strive for excellence in patient satisfaction, productivity, quality and key performance indicator reporting. To meet these self-set expectations…
- Every MediRevver is trained to manage our clients’ receivables with personal ownership of the results.
- Our clients receive full access to the MediRevv leadership team.
- We build flexibility into our contracts such that financial incentives for both companies are aligned.
- We make proactive recommendations on technology and operations to improve productivity and performance.
When we have done what we said we would do, we earn our client’s trust. And, while it may sound a bit Pollyanna-ish, being trusted is worth more to us than the value of any contract.
PS. Here is what one client, Doug Barry, Vice President of Revenue Cycle Operations & Health Information Management at Glenn Falls Hospital, had to say: “MediRevv has delivered on the value they promised, leveraged advanced technology, and acted as a true extension of our business office to our patients. Their level of professionalism and their reporting strength is very impressive, and I appreciate their willingness to immediately respond to all of our patient billing needs.”
