Leadership you can trust

Our clients benefit from a leadership team with vast provider-based experience. By leveraging this knowledge, we’re able to operate as a true extension of your business office.

Chris Klitgaard, President

For nine years prior to forming MediRevv, Chris led the patient access, patient accounting and health information management functions at a major academic medical center and its associated physician group. It was during these early, formative years that Chris developed his passion for improving all aspects of the revenue cycle.

Through his experiences, Chris learned that a patient’s revenue cycle experience had to exceed that of his/her patient care experience, or the patient may seek care elsewhere. In today’s competitive healthcare environment, a provider cannot afford to lose any patient for any reason. Armed with this realization, he set out to form a unique A/R management and consulting firm that would thrive by providing the highest level of customer service to its clients and their patients, while maximizing and accelerating cash collections. That company is MediRevv.

In his role as President, Chris oversees all client management activities as well as the strategic, financial, technical, sales and operational elements of the organization. Of course, he could not be successful without the support of the “revenue cycle fanatics” represented below and his wonderful team of MediRevvers.

Terry Reinsager, Vice President of Client Services

Prior to joining MediRevv, Terry experienced 17 years operating in multiple areas of revenue cycle management at a major academic medical center and its associated physician group. During his management tenure at this facility, Terry was responsible for the daily operations of hospital and professional A/R management. He worked directly with clinical departments and information systems, redesigning workflow processes to successfully maximize cash collections while enhancing patient satisfaction.

In his role at MediRevv, Terry leads the creation of A/R management strategies and information technology to continue his drive towards maximizing revenue while improving the patient experience. He works confidently with all MediRevv clients as a trusted leader to create the most effective approach to meet their fiscal and patient-centered needs.

Brad Baldwin, Vice President of Operations

Brad developed a broad service industry background over a 15-year professional career focusing on people development, sales and marketing, contract negotiation and organizational strategy. While developing and managing a national distribution sales force in a business-to-business sales model, he learned first-hand the importance of building the foundation of any business with talented people who want to be part of a winning team.

When offered the opportunity to join MediRevv, Brad relished the chance to use his background and expertise to help build a sustainable operational model based on the founding principles of President Chris Klitgaard. As the architect of the “employee success model” and the MediRevv culture of expectation, Brad has leveraged these tools to provide MediRevvers an environment built to deliver successes that drive client results.

As Director of Operations, Brad manages the MediRevv operation, including all client teams. He also participates in the executive team, assisting President Klitgaard in client management activities and helps drive the strategic operations model that ensures that MediRevvers have the resources needed to continue to wow our clients!

As Brad says, “Our success with clients hinges everyday on the quality of our people and being able to deliver on the promises we make to perform in managing their accounts receivable. We work hard to recruit only the best to join MediRevv. Top-notch recruits, combined with significant developmental efforts and a culture of expectation, give our employees the skills and environment they need to deliver outstanding results to our clients.”

Kent Smith, Vice President of Sales

Kent brings almost 20 years of healthcare sales management experience in varying roles as both a sales executive and a sales leader in the information technology market. He spent most of his career at IDX Systems Corporation, where he was Vice President of Sales for the Group Management business. Subsequently, Kent joined GE Healthcare as a Regional General Manager leading the east region’s sales organization focused on Electronic Medical Record and Revenue Cycle solutions. In his most recent role, he was a Business Development Executive at Beacon Partners, a national healthcare consulting firm.

Kent’s philosophy has always been to focus on the business needs of the customer. At MediRevv, he understands that the most critical aspect of an engagement is that we can exceed the expectations of the customer. We must be able to execute to better results than the customer can, or it does not make sense to engage on a project. Kent also understands the importance of the client relationship and strives always to ensure that the entire experience is a positive one.

Kent ’s role is to lead business development, marketing and account management programs for MediRevv and its customers.

Kent believes that MediRevv is in the business of establishing long-term relationships with our customers. We realize that without that focus, we do not exist. By developing strong, mutually beneficial partnerships, we can grow and achieve success together in a developing healthcare industry.”

Patrick Tierney, Managing Director of Consulting Services
